Hearing about your itinerary reminded me of former times, when I might have made such a tour of local venues, but I'm afraid I can no longer work up the requisite enthusiasm. As for the "Progressive Art Brunch," that sounds like a "New-and-Different Art Brunch," when the only thing that matters is the art's quality as such. If it's not good enough, I couldn't care less how new, different or "progressive" it is. But then again, I'm excluded from many if not most target audiences.
Ah, PAMM (Pérez Art Museum), the Miami equivalent of the "Smith Art Museum." At least Margulies and Rubell are tolerably distinctive names. Well, vanity is vanity, after all.
