I think that is more likely to be Tara, Franklin, though the small Buddha at top may well be Amitabha. The main figure is closer to Amitayus than Amitabha, but it is neither.

There are a lot of Taras, too, and without the color filled in, it's hard to know which one. I'll edit the post.
Albeit unfinished, I tend to favor this is intended to be a White Tara.
