💙Lots to digest here.

Not the least of it = Celestial bowls of apocalyptic gefilte-leviathaness...

Horseradish or no? The red kind or the white kind?

Yes, please -- With Behemoth-balls in Ziz-broth, mmmmmm!

I recently tried out gefilte fish (the store-bought kind, which is no doubt inferior to home-made). I found it bland but comforting. Tartar sauce works well on it, but so does barbecue sauce.

The traditional condiment is horseradish, but there are no relevant guidelines in Talmud so you do you.

I have now tried the horseradish, which I liked.

I also tried whitefish and pike in a jelled broth, but I prefer the liquid broth.

I suppose the condiment is the critical issue, so I'll have to try the horseradish

Congratulations, you're an honorary Jew. For that matter, you may now be an honorary Ashkenazi.

Cool. It may mean nothing, but I've been taken for Jewish more than once.

As for Leviathan, next time try a gold one on a red sea--but that may be too Chinese, so maybe a green or blue one on a red sea.
